When this client moved to Chelsea neighborhood to be close to gallery row and literally side by side with the High Line, their condo came with a spectacular terrace. As this space is primarily used for entertainment we kept things open. We took our cues from the the High Line, just over the fence, for the plant scheme to create a feel of the High Line spilling over to our client's space.
